ASK Aviation provides educational resources, career guidance, and simulation tools. We are not a substitute for official flight instruction.
- Information provided on this site does not supersede the Pilot Operating Handbook (POH), checklists, or instructions provided by your Flight Instructor or ATO.
- Always adhere to the regulations set by your relevant authority (UK CAA, EASA, FAA).
- We accept no liability for any flight safety incidents, failed exams, or career outcomes resulting from the use of our materials.
1. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features (e.g., the Pilot Dashboard & Logbook, Assessment Lab, Interview Tools), you may need to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the security of your password.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
2. Intellectual Property
The content, tools, games ("Assessment Lab"), EFB ("ASK EFB") and code on the ASK Aviation website are owned by us and are protected by copyright laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy our training materials for commercial use.
- Reverse engineer our calculators or assessment games.
3. Third-Party Links & Schools
Our website contains links to third-party websites, including Flight Schools (ATOs) and Financial Providers.
No Endorsement: Unless explicitly stated, the inclusion of a school in our directory does not constitute an official endorsement. We strongly recommend you conduct your own due diligence (visits, audits) before enrolling in any training course.
4. User Conduct
Our community features (Q&A, Mentorship) rely on professional conduct. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in:
- Harassment, hate speech, or unprofessional behavior.
- Spamming or commercial solicitation.
- Sharing assessment answers or copyrighted exam materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASK Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of funds paid to third-party schools, or career delays.
